Scope Of Work
Renovation of existing office building with basement into modern multi-tenant office building. Project included removal of approx. 800 sq ft of roof and constructing new pop-up tower as well as the removal of approx.. 1000 sq ft of first floor slab and creating an atrium into the basement. The addition of new stairs, ADA ramps and a exterior facade completed the transformation.
