Scope Of Work

This sweet Roswell family was very particular as to their home’s style, which over the years had become known throughout the subdivision for its beautiful and unique cedar roof. They were heartbroken to learn that their home had suffered severe hail damage requiring the roof and other features to be replaced. Originally they sought out Sparrow Exteriors for our expertise in cedar roofing; while they were curious about shake roof alternatives they hadn’t really seen anything with that “wow factor”. That is until we presented them with samples of DaVinci Roofscapes’ Bellaforte Shake.

They loved the authentic look of the roof tile with its staggered sawn edges, natural appearing woodgrain and thick profile like a heavy cedar shake. However, it was the intelligent design behind the product, the Fire and Impact Rating along with its 50 Year Warranty which ultimately won them over.

More Than The Roof

Sparrow Exteriors not only replaced the cedar shake, installing DaVinci’s synthetic roof, but we also replaced the gutters – adding debris protection, custom fabricated several metal components, replaced the standing seam roof over the rear sunroom, replaced rotten trim and performed interior repairs as well.

Happier Than They Imagined

While the old broken shake roof is a thing of the past, the home has once again become the talk of the neighborhood as it has recaptured its previous charm while bringing it up to date. This home has curb appeal to spare!
