Scope Of Work
H&M selected Gray to provide retail facility construction services for its first store in the Hawaiian Islands. Situated in the heart of Waikiki, the 2-story, 31,000 s.f. flagship store includes a 7,500 s.f. remote stockroom. Gray and Timberwolff, a Gray company, have together completed more than 100 projects for H&M in recent years.
