Scope Of Work
As part of a strategic plan for growth across the U.S., German-based grocery giant ALDI set out to open a slew of new stores in California in 2016. Gray was selected as one of the few contractors to build for ALDI in California and completed five of the 's first stores in the Golden State. Headquartered in Batavia, Illinois, ALDI now has nearly 1,600 stores across 34 states, employs over 24,000 people and has been steadily growing since opening its first US store in Iowa in 1976.

In addition to the Yucaipa location, Gray completed several other stores for ALDI in California including the Fountain Valley facility which features the 's Western Training Center.
