Scope Of Work
Installed 1/2″ fan fold insulation with caps and plates to entire roof deck as a thermal barrier to prevent TPO from sweating/condensation
Installed 60 mil TPO on entire roof deck. Install caps and plates to TPO and manually weld all seams
Installed 140′ of new parapet cap metal in Chestnut Brown (to potentially accent Heather Blend shingle color)
Removed all soffit cedar shake, install 1/2″ CDX plywood and install architectural Vista shingle line with hip shingles, starter shingles and eave metal
