Scope Of Work
Cadence McShane has been selected to provide design-build construction s for port Parkway, a one-story distribution center situated on a 32.43-acre site located in Haslet, Texas. The build-to-suit project is being constructed on behalf of Molto Properties and the architect is Alliance Architects, Inc. The building will have a 36-foot clear height and will feature 65 loading docks, two drive-in doors/ramps, office spaces, and on-site parking.
