Scope Of Work
The Mueller Commercial Office Alpha Building is a 210,400-square-foot, six-story cast-in-place, core and shell office building located in Austin, Texas. This building is the first office opportunity within the new Mueller Business District with plans for two more phases in the future. It is a national model for urban infill with city involvement as a master-planned development.
Mueller Alpha Building features various amenities such as retail and restaurant spaces throughout the first floor, an open-air courtyard in between the parking garage and the office building with ample outdoor seating, meeting areas, and an outdoor amphitheater for different community events.
Construction involved below-grade foundations. Cadence McShane also constructed an eight-story, cast-in-place parking garage, with two levels of parking underground and six levels aboveground, which provides 992 spaces.
