Scope Of Work
Granada Homes Senior Living is a complete renovation and additions project for a 12-story structure constructed in 1928 located in downtown San Antonio, Texas.
The project includes a complete overhaul of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems to the current 249 residence apartment units along with restoration of the common areas to look almost exactly as they did when the building opened in 1928 as the Plaza Hotel.
The project also includes new construction of additional 16 units on the ground level along with build-out of select areas on levels 1 and 2 for future interior improvements and exterior improvements on the ground level to restore historical character-defining features.
This project is a participant in the Housing Tax Credit Program administered by the TDHCA and receives partial funding through programs administered by the San Antonio Housing Authority.
