Scope Of Work
The Element by Westin is a six-story, 155-key podium hotel located within the Domain Development in Austin, Texas, developed for DBG Investments. Designed by JRK Design, Inc., the building has a contemporary design, with accommodations including guestrooms on all floors, a lobby, meeting rooms, administrative offices, laundry, a fitness center, and a swimming pool.
The exterior is clad in Stucco, fiber cement walls panels, and a curtain glass wall with signage that adheres to the Element by Westin branding guidelines. The hotel backs up to a six story 90,228SF precast garage, located only five feet from the building, providing 182 spaces that also include charging stations for electric vehicles.
