Scope Of Work
EastVillage is a dynamic, mixed-use development located on Parmer Lane in the Upper East Side of Austin, Texas. The development will include commercial, residential and retail spaces. Cadence McShane Construction has been contracted for Phase 1 of the project, which is being developed on behalf of Reger Holdings LLC.
Phase 1 comprises of two, five-story mixed-use structures totaling 422 residential units with retail and restaurants spaces on the ground level as well as six, two-story mixed use structures for retail, restaurant, and office spaces.
