Scope Of Work
Cadence McShane is constructing the Bluestem Apartments, a new eight-building apartment complex, located in Houston, Texas. The garden-style community is comprised of six (6) three-story buildings, one (1) four-story structure, and a Clubhouse building. In total, the new community includes 48 one-bedroom units, 88 two-bedroom units, and 44 three-bedroom units, for a total of 180 units. This affordable housing project is being developed in conjunction with the Harris County Housing Authority.
