One Hundred Grand is part of the Pilgrim-Triton Masterplan in Foster City, CA. The project consists of approximately 5.0 acres bounded by Foster City Boulevard and East Hillsdale Boulevard, caddy-corner from City Hall. The site contains 166-unit luxury residential building which also contains 7,000 SF of retail space.
The residential building will bring an urban sophistication to the market and will feature larger units in flat, loft and town home configurations, with high-end finishes throughout. One Hundred Grand will also include approximately 10,000 SF of amenity space as well as dog park for this pet-friendly community. The 6-story structure is built around and over a 2-level parking structure. The unit mix will be comprised of 52 1-bedroom lofts, 87 2-bedroom lofts and 12 2-bedroom townhomes, and 3 3-bedroom lofts and 12 3-bedroom townhomes. Across all types, the average unit size is approximately 1,100 SF. 33 lofts, or 20% of the units, will be offered at below-market rate.
