Scope Of Work
Ironwood Cancer & Research Centers is a new, two-story, 24,000 SF medical and radiation oncology treatment facility featuring sophisticated finishes and state-of-the-art medical equipment. Located at 8880 E. Desert Cove Avenue in Scottsdale, Arizona, the facility includes office and administrative spaces as well as treatment rooms, PET/CT, CT, a linear accelerator, and an infusion room for chemotherapy treatment. To best inform and engage the surrounding local community, the project team executed a customized, City-approved, proactive Community Outreach Plan.
