Scope Of Work
This major renovation involved updating the existing clinical and non-clinical areas of one of Concentra’s most productive facilities. The work included selective demolition and tenant improvements in 43 distinct areas throughout the 8,520 SF facility, including triage, 12 exam rooms, two procedure rooms, a physical therapy suite, audio, BAT and drug test areas, consult rooms, admission, offices, and new digital X-ray areas. The scope of work also included millwork and unexpected mold remediation. KCS worked during nights and weekends to ensure the center remained open and operational without any interruption for the entire duration of the project.
