Scope Of Work
The client, Argyle First Realty, LLC, hired our team to perform tenant improvements on a building that was in gray shell condition. Our design professional met with client to create a layout and site plans that were consistent with client’s vision of a contemporary and industrial office space. We navigated the local permitting officials, oversaw all subcontractor tasks and delivered a commercial space that the client envisioned.
