Scope Of Work

The Spring Valley Ranch project was a complete build from start to finish. The project consisted of a new building, generator, pumps, and piping. The new booster pump station is to control water pressure for the development as well as assist the fire protection system. Dan’s Custom Construction was accountable for the construction of the building, concrete work including foundation, installing the pumps all underground piping, substantial re-grading and storm drain issues. All this work was completed on budget with a 1 month deadline. Engineered by High Country Engineering.
