Scope Of Work
Serenity Ridge Development is new residential development in Northern Colorado. To meet capacity for the 350 new homes Dan’s Custom Construction was part of a DBO team retained to Design, Build and Operate a new wastewater facility. Dan’s Custom Construction installed a new Fluidyne Technology sequencing batch reactor system, including the new headworks and facility building.
