Scope Of Work
The new Oshara Village mixed-use development in Sante Fe, New Mexico, will include 175 residential homes, 132,000 square feet of commercial space, and 4,000 square feet of restaurant space in Phase I. The project is a new water reclamation facility (WRF) that will be part of the development. The facility is designed to recycle wastewater for irrigation uses.
Dan’s Custom Construction was retained as lead construction contractor of a design-build-operate (DBO) team retained to provide all the services needed to construct the new reclamation facility for the first phase of the four phase project.
Project highlights include:
* Lift Station and 800 Feet of Force Main
* 60,000 Gallons of Concrete Tankage

* All Equipment Installation Including Water Filtration System
* Hydraulic Capacity: 30,000 GPD
