Scope Of Work

Dan’s Custom Contruction was contracted by Mountain View Water and Sanitation District to construct a 100,000 gallon/day wastewater treatment facility. The project consisted of subgrade cast-in-place concrete process tanks, all mechanical and process equipment installation, a new 3200 square foot operations building, and 3500 feet of effluent pipeline to the discharge point. At 11,000 feet elevation in the Colorado mountains, this particular project had its share of difficulties and challenges. Due to a state mandated order, construction on this project began in late September as winter was beginning to set in and needed to be completed in a very short time span.
