Scope Of Work
The Dotsero Mobile Homoe Park was serving its residents with antiquated 30+ year old water and wastewater treatment systems. The wastewater treatment system was no longer functioning as designed and was prone to enforcement action by the State Department of Health. A design/build/operate contract completely fixed the problem and brought the facility into compliance.
Dan’s Custom Construction provided lead construction management and design construction consulting for this project. Dan’s Custom Construction was a member of a design-build-operate (DBO) team, retained to provide all the services needed to construct the replacement facility.
The project included the installation of “State of the Art” 25,000 gallon per day Reverse Osmosis Membrane Filtration System, booster pumps, and equipment as well as construction of a complete turnkey 30,000 gallon per day Sequencing Batch Reactor package plant.
