Scope Of Work
We recreated the landscaping after the contractor had done there part, adding in 490 ft of new Irrigation, 5 new trees and a little over 18,000 sq. feet of new sod. We hunted all over to find 5 Box Elder Bush/Trees for the job and then communicated with the architect and found out it was the wrong tree on the plans. We had our own contact for the new plants and were able to have the plants on the property before the end of the day. The park superintendent was pleased with our work and added a few extra items to the job that we were able to take care of for him, Over all we made the General Contractor look good. We learned a lot and were able to have the job completed 2 days before the agreed upon date to have it done.
