Scope Of Work
The City Auditorium was built in 1931. It is approximate roof size 8200 square feet. At the time of the bid, there were substantial roof damage and has sections of the roof that have collapsed and the material consisted of a precast cast material used in the early 1930’s, identified as a gypsum panel (Gypsteel) material. The auditorium was built as a 900 seat performance arts facility with a balcony.
Scope of Work:
- Remove existing roof material including demo of existing concrete roof panels
- Install new metal deck
- Install 3 1/2” Rigid Insulation board over roof
- Install .45 mil TPO mechanically fastened roof system using non corrosive fasteners and plates
- Install T- Bar at wall and install Z Flashings per manufactures specification
- New flashings installed as needed at all details
- Install new drains and scuppers as needed
- Install all roof related flashings as per manufacture specs
- Install New Pipe boots at penetrations
- Install walk pad at a/c units
- Remove all seating and debris from interior
