Scope Of Work
The project was a refresh of an existing store based on new corporate standards. Our scope included demolition, metal framing, wood framing, drywall, wall tiles, floor tiles, plumbing, electrical, fixture installation, paint and murals. We ran into challenges with existing site did not conform with the as-built drawings and architects drawings. We ahd to buid a nw soffit above the bar area, demolish and completely re-build the bar as well as have to re-paint hte entire ceiling (inclluding equipment, lights, fixtures) to the a new, lighter color.
