Scope Of Work
75,000 SF GSF, 4-story, Type V wood framed sprinklered building. Hotel consists of 109 guest rooms and suites - including extended stay rooms. Amenities include full-service kitchen & restaurant, 2 full bars with outdoor terrace seating, fitness center, media room, business center, meeting rooms and large public lobby. Ground up project. Working hand-in-hand with owner and contractor to complete project including design/build for onsite changes, FF&E selection & procurement, brand interaction, coordination with architect, consultants, 3rd party inspectors etc.
