Scope Of Work
Remodeling the market; Replace large old air conditioning system with old ducts with (4) new rooftop package units. Suggest to open ceiling configuration then install units with metal ducts no T-bars. Starting from pulling the permits then framing, set up roof curbs and install units. Install electrical sub penal on the roof supply electrical to all the equipment on the roof also low voltage.
Install fire/smoke detectors to shut off the AC units in case of fire and co-ordinate inspection with fire department.
Provide and install condensing unit for 48' open produce case.
Client was very happy when all the work was completed before completion date and all his challenged were resolved fire/smoke detectors, electrical panel on the roof and removing hanging big old fan coil from back room.
Then customer order another walk-in cooler we install complete system 32' x 15' x 10' high including electrical work.
