Scope Of Work

Keystone Design Build, Inc. is proud to have been selected to build the new 6,380 s.f. Commerce Drive Dental clinic located in North Mankato, MN for Drs. Eichmeyer, Clause and Kuryla. The "northwoods-style" clinic will include "state-of -the-art" dental equipment throughout, 15 operatories, 4 drs. offices, business office, reception area, lobby, consult room, lab and sterilization area. The 2,970 s.f. lower level will include employee lockers, restrooms & shower along with building utilites and ample record storage. There will be approximately 52 off-street parking stalls.
