Scope Of Work
As the lead firm of the joint-venture program management team, AECOM provided technical design and construction oversight for the $3.7 billion Denver International Airport. AECOM was responsible for overseeing more than 100 design firms and 115 construction contracts.
Since its 1995 opening as the first new U.S. airport in 30 years, the Denver International Airport has been cited consistently by airlines for operating efficiency. Today, an AECOM telecommunications team works on-site to oversee maintenance, design and expansion of technology upgrades of the airport’s communications and electronics systems.
