Scope Of Work
Rave Motion Pictures, a nationwide theater chain, engaged Wyatt General Contractor, LLC as their chosen builder for new movie theater construction east of the Mississippi River. During their growth and expansion, Wyatt built 8 different theaters ranging from a standard 15 screen complex to the larger 18 screen complex. Focus on schedule, budget and quality provided the success of these projects for owner and developers in these projects.
Rave Patton Creek consist of the new construction of a 15 Screen movie theater. Features include a grand lobby with concessions, state of the art digital projection and sound, stadium seating and a IMAX theatre.
