Scope Of Work
Nestled into a small city lot is the seven story Residence Inn and Suites. Built to serve the ever-growing University of Alabama at Birmingham Campus, the Residence Inn is an extended stay hotel located in the downtown area of Birmingham. Comprised of 129 rooms, the hotel presented many obstacles in construction such as delivery of material and site coordination. In the end, the Residence Inn has become a preferred lodging accommodation for the UAB campus.
