Scope Of Work
The Hoover Public Safety Center is a design/build/construction manager project that achieved goals of budget and schedule that were set with aggressive expectations. This 250,000-sf multi-use office facility brought municipal such as fueling facility , heavy equipment service and maintenance areas, state of the art jail facility housing 20 inmate cells and conventional office space together. To complete this new construction project, a massive exterior curtain wall achieved the aesthetic look as well as providing a functional well lighted office environment.
