Scope Of Work
Berry Middle School is located adjacent to Spain Park High school on a 26-acre site in Hoover. This new school construction has two beautiful competition gymnasiums, a cafeteria, and a reference library. Precast concrete (Prairie stone) and brick work adorns the exterior of the 165,000 square foot building topped by an ornate GFRP cornice. The support structure is a steel frame and load bearing masonry. Without sacrificing aesthetics or program needs, Wyatt worked diligently with the owner and architect to value engineer cost out to ensure the budget on this new schoo
