Scope Of Work
Project Size: 105,600 SF or 26,400 square feet on each of four floors. Tallest tilt-up panel 63’-11”. Largest tilt-up panel 1,915 square feet.
Project Location: 300 Johnny Bench Drive, Oklahoma City, OK
Construction Time: 400 calendar days.
Services Provided: Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering for the project and coordination with owner’s and tenant’s architectural firms. Building sits adjacent to newly constructed canal which required extensive erosion control efforts and temporary crane roads with geotextile fabric.
