Scope Of Work

This was the electrical installation for the store fit-out in the New Outlet Mall in Clarksburg. This project started with a slight lateness, but soon, we were able to put some overtime working 12 hours a day 6 days a week to keep up with the lack of labor due to the insufficient funds. In fact we bid this project too low that we shouldn't have be awarded the project. Finding myself face to this situation, I decided to keep my promises by working overtime and doing more by myself to complete the project. We succeeded by completing the project on time. We passed the final inspection the very first and last time the inspector came. Also on the punch list we only had two small items to fix: broken receptacle plate and a receptacle that was painted and did no longer conform with the specifications. Unfortunately, the project manager find reasons not to pay us for our work. I just take it as a huge learning opportunity for, I proved myself by doing an outstanding job, I gained pride and still can see that I have produced something good. The store has been operating its opening without a single service call for electrical issue.

This is what we are bringing to the market: a job done right for the first time.
