John Hadley  is currently the owner of a Construction Company and Real Estate Development Company. HCS specializes in both Commercial and Residential Building. John has had a long career in Construction and Real Estate Development. Before Starting HCS John worked for F.J Sciame Construction in NYC. During his tenure at Sciame he managed the successful completion of many high profile complicated projects within the difficult constraints of the NYC urban environment. The renovation of the Independence Savings Bank (an Historic Landmark Building) and the completion of the New School for Social Research outdoor Plaza and Classroom renovations are two examples. One of the reasons John relocated to Boston in 1999 was a job offer at Shawmut Design and Construction.

While at Shawmut John successfully managed the completion of many Restaurant/Retail projects Nationwide including many high profile “one off” Restaurants which involved working with extremely complicated Architectural design and high end finishes. Two examples are Nobu 57 in NYC and The Kennedy Center Restaurant above the National Symphony Orchestra in Washington DC. John continued to pursue interests in residential Real Estate Development as well and in 2011 started his own firm. The timing was good and HCS has quickly become a reputable company having completed many successful projects in both the residential and commercial construction marketplaces throughout the Boston Area.
