Scope Of Work
Capo is creating and maintaining a fully cost and resource-loaded Program PCM schedule on this Design-Build Project. Also included in our duties was the strict review of proposal schedules for reasonableness, innovations, constructability concerns, and risk issues. Currently, Capo is maintaining the PCM schedule, while reviewing the Design Builder’s CPM schedules as required for constructability, completeness, accuracy, and risks. This project involves the reconstruction of a structurally deficient bridge over the existing commuter rail track and freight rail yard. To this end, the scheduling involves constant and significant communication with all affected parties to limit interruption to services.
