Scope Of Work
From June 2019 to the present, CAPO has managed all active projects for the agency as a full-time CPM scheduler, reviewer of contractor schedules, and program technical reporting with CPM|axis. Projects included waste-water treatment plant expansion, reservoir upgrades, and design assessments.
