Scope Of Work
CAPO set up the process and multi-tenant environment for design vendor participation in the master design schedule for $800 million in Design. We utilized CPMaxis, and Primavera P6 to integrating Vendor cost and progress reporting into a single master database for automated data visualization, weekly executive reporting, and monthly pay applications.
