Scope Of Work
Hill provided project management services to complete the Tropicana Hotel and Casino and underground parking facility in a timely and cost-effective manner. Hill was called in after the project had fallen behind schedule and was well over budget. Hill initiated successful procedures for the timely resolution of disputes and the successful, timely completion of construction.
