Scope Of Work
Hill provided consulting services on a multi-million-dollar Request for Equitable Adjustment (REA) submitted by one of the stadium’s contractors. Hill reviewed the REA and made recommendations regarding its resolution, and provided the stadium owners with strategic advice to defend the claim in subsequent litigation.
