Scope Of Work
Renovation of an existing six-story, residential condominium building including 52 units, amenity space, lobby, and boardwalk. The scope of work included demo of the existing building back to the structural members, refurbishing the building exterior, new exterior guard rails, MEP and fire systems, and interior finish-outs.
