Scope Of Work

Rocky Mountain Pathways Ranch (RMPR) is located on 56 acres in Allenspark, Colorado, on the edge of Rocky Mountain National Park. Lupine Construction working on an approximately 15,000 sq ft. We made sure to excavate and install underground utilities including connecting a primary electric line to existing electric transformer near ADA bathroom, new underground electric to each cabin, connect all cabins sewer line to existing 4” sewer line near the Cheyenne to existing septic, connect new buried water lines from each cabin to existing water hydrant near Hogan, install 500 gallon buried gas tank with gas line to each cabin. Build and construct the 4 cabins from foundation through completion based on approved plans from Boulder County Building Department. Build and connect to existing utilities.
