Scope Of Work
UJAMAA was selected by 3 Diamond Development to provide construction management services for new construction of the 7.4 acre, $8.4 million Diamond Senior Apartments of Princeton senior housing development located in Princeton, Illinois.
The 9-single story buildings, approximately 39,000 square feet include 40 rental units and a Community Center. The work also includes water retention pond, site work, green park spaces, landscaping and parking spaces.
The construction professionals from UJAMAA are self-performing the drywall, carpentry and general labor trades on this assignment. UJAMAA is responsible for construction oversight and coordination, budget and schedule and FF&E coordination.
