Scope Of Work
UJAMAA provided the general construction s, in conjunction with joint venture partner, Clune Construction, for the new 2,500 SF Bank of America located in Chicago’s Chatham neighborhood.
This new financial center was constructed with a masonry veneer exterior with complementing punched window openings. The scope adopted an open floor plan and consisted of a spacious lobby, numerous teller counters and offices. UJAMAA also completed the associated site work, surface parking lot and the drive-through lanes.
The facility incorporated numerous sustainable features including low VOC finishes, high efficiency mechanical, electrical and water retention systems, a white TPO roof and native landscaping.
