Scope Of Work
We were brought in late to a renovation project on the 3rd floor of th Polaris vocational school. It needed the roof decking fireproofed to bring it up to code. Pretty standard job, but this project had a catch. It was already passed the demo phase and was well under way with new construction. We had to go in a night after the day time crews, and spray the ceilings working around walls that were already studded up, and with HVAC and plumbing being done each day. The GC was very please, and now we are going to be completing future phases of the major project.
