Scope Of Work
Ameriprise purchased a building which previously housed a bank in Charlotte, MI. We worked with the Owner’s to design a new office space that would fit their needs and have their staff under one roof. Laux Construction demoed all of the pre-existing teller stations, added several new office and meeting rooms, added a kitchen, space for a future workout room, and restrooms. The space contained old coins and a clock on the wall that date back to the 1950s. These items were kept, as well as the “wood paneling” on a few of the walls, which was exposed during the demo phase. The project was completed on time, and beautifully!
