Scope Of Work
Jamison Masonry won the North Wales Elementary masonry restoration project through Ernest Bock & Sons. This multi-phase project was completed in the summers of 2009 and 2010, and consisted of 100% brick pointing, selective brick replacement, steel lintel restoration, and masonry cleaning.
Many obstacles and challenges were encountered throughout the project, including working with multiple trades on a tight job site, scaffold access, and an extremely short schedule for the amount of restoration work. The Jamison team successfully completed the entire scope of work on time and to the owners’ complete satisfaction.
