Scope Of Work
In the city of Boulder, Colorado at the Kensington Apartment Home community, the cantilevers supporting the apartment balconies were rotted beyond restoration creating a huge safety issue. We removed all 163 balconies and reconstructed new balconies using columns and corbels for structural support. In addition, we installed new windows, sliding glass doors, railings, trim and siding creating a new, updated look.
