Simplification of their signage management process was HSBC’s key objective when partnering with Icon. HSBC was looking to consolidate exterior and interior sources for all of their signage requirements and needed the interior signage for its many facilities implemented within two weeks.
Icon responded, creating an alliance between HSBC and Icon program managers.
We placed Icon Program Managers in HSBC’s offices and the hands-on communication and coordination ensured that quality and accuracy were flawless and that all deadlines were met.
Our relationship with HSBC continued throughout the implementation of their brand revitalization and the collaboration was characterized by seamless communication and the ability to immediately resolve issues if they arise. We made the exterior-to-interior transition process as simple and seamless as possible.
