Scope Of Work
Icon has been a long-time partner of Harris Bank. Its parent company BMO was implementing an acquisition program including the recent purchase of Wisconsin-based M&I and the new banks needed to be rebranded under the single identity of BMO Harris.
Icon surveyed 235 locations in Illinois and Indiana and worked with BMO Harris and its design firm to develop the sign family specifications. Upon approval, Icon began manufacturing prototypes and Icon’s art department developed branding packages for all sites while our permit department secured all the necessary approvals. To successfully meet the aggressive 3-month implementation schedule, Icon immediately began removals and building repairs and the manufactured product was delivered for installation on time and in budget across all locations.
