Scope Of Work
This project including demolition, new partition, gypsum board ceiling, acoustic ceiling, fire rated glass glazing, metal door, rubber flooring, vinyl flooring, hard wood flooring, platform, millwork and painting as carpentry work. HVAC, electric work, and plumbing works are involved.
Due to the low heights of the existing ceiling condition, the ceiling work was one of the main challenges to keep the maximum ceiling heights with aesthetical view.
